We are not only a museum, our main floor is always open at opening times for guests who want to come in for a drink or something to eat.You can print your ticket, or have it scanned on your smartphone or tablet at the reception of Het HEM.Every museum visitor must be able to show a valid entrance ticket.Visitors with a discount or under 18 ticket will be asked for credentials at the entrance of the museum.
Tickets purchased online are non-refundable. Up to 48 hours prior to your visit it's possible to rebook tickets to a different date and time, if available. You can find rebooking and other questions about your ticket via the ticket support button.
